Finally found a programme that would do this.
The actual time it took me to do this was around an hour.
I only work with Pixia, I have been since I was in middle school. No, you don't need Photoshop in order to retouch photos. Hell, you could even use MS PAINT to retouch some photos. That'll be my next update, I think.
