Since alot of people don't use tablets, the Pen tool would be a very useful tool for you guys to use consdering drawing plainly with a mouse cannot produce the best animation qualities. Sorry about the misuc, I had to insert that in because the sound quality was HORRIBLE. So I filtered out the Noise with music. Made in Photoshop CS4, Camtasia Studio Image from mangastream Learn.
